Wow, this place is awesome. Smaller rooms but wonderful staff. We booked only two days in advance and got a great room, then got upgraded for no charge. Breakfast included which included MIMOSAS and food that I would have purchased. You don’t have a view of the ocean but it’s nice to be off the Main Street so you can have some peace and quiet on your balcony. Plus free bikes and this city is so wonderful to explore on bikes. My partner and I love the place, I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay in Rimini.

1. there were noisy people in the next room making noise at 1 am 2 am. they were told to be quiet but continued so I won't recommend for families with kids as they were a lot of people partying. The bed was locked and out of use when we specifically booked for 4. The window faced a wall and little sun came over to the balcony. The shower always flooded. The Bill price was increased at the end when the person making the booking was told by the receptionist one price then increased with the excuse of prices change by themselves.and they accused my son of breaking a bed which is A LIE.

We stayed there for 2 nights (Aug.12-14) . Since thats are first time in Rimini,im so worried that the hotel may not be as good as we're expecting it to be. But i was wrong because the Hotel is newly reconstructed,very beautiful,quiet and clean inside and out,the location is not too far at the beach,there's a lot of stores and restaurants at the vicinity. They have bicycles that you can use for free. We got the quariple room,not to big but cute and good enough to have a nice sleep. With a flast screen tv,mini ref,free wi-fi and a small terrace. Well aircondition room.The bathroom has a shower. All the staffs are kind and polite. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices,all gluten free and they have a corner with all bio stuffs. Overall we are very contented and satisfied. We will surely come back. I recommend this Hotel to everyone. Ps: The parking space is more or less 300mtrs away from the hotel and costs €7 per day.

The hotel has little rooms, just enough space to sleep if you use a double rooms, but it's ok, it's near the sea and maybe you'll spend the whole day at the beach or at the events in Rimini. The rooms are clean enough and the service is good (they clean the rooms everyday). Breakfasts are really good and the buffet has a lot of choice. The price is really low.
